In the process of overseas project implementation,due to the complex political,economic and social environment of the host country,especially the increasingly prominent political uncertainties,the implementation of large-scale projects is facing tremendous challenges.How to strengthen the prevention and response of political risks in the process of project implementation has become a key factor for the successful completion of the project.Combining with the actual work,this paper expounds the manifestations and main characteristics of the main political risks faced in the implementation of overseas engineering projects.Through the practice of the enterprises,the paper summarizes the experience of how to prevent and deal with political risks,so as to provide reference for more and more“going out”enterprises and overseas projects.
