The investment project based on the PPP model has a huge risk for investment enterprises,any changes within the construction process can produce large changes in economy.Therefore,how to do it in the investment projects in advance planning and strengthen risk control are problems needing urgent solution to current enterprise management.Based on Qidong Lyusi port surrounded basin PPP project,this paper expounds the characteristics of the investment projects,the risks and how to plan in advance and do risk management and control.
