Concerning Dachanwan bay container terminal phase Ⅰ project, this paper introduces the design principle of high standard, new ideas, systematic research, integrated consideration and a combination of the present and the future, expounds the systematic and scientific develepment and construction schemes, innovative and efficient design management method, a lot of practical and innovative technology, the idea of environmental protection and energy conservation pursuited and adhered, as well as the concept of building people-based ports, which promote the advancement of container wharf design, construction, management and technological progress.
