航道等级提升后老旧桥梁通航限制条件及安全保障措施研究

    摘要:

    随着水运行业不断发展,低等级航道逐步提级,且近年来船舶大型化发展迅速,实际通航船舶主尺度往往超出航道设计标准。部分桥梁通航净空尺度与提级后的航道通航标准不相适应,但受限于工程投资等原因,无法及时拆除重建,对航道通航产生了一定的限制。以武宣大桥为例,通过分析桥梁的通航净空尺度和所在河段的水文条件、通航船型,采用数值模拟方法对通航水流条件、桥梁抗撞性能进行有限元模拟分析,从通航净宽、通航净高、桥梁抗撞能力、气象因素等角度,提出各类型船舶安全通过老旧桥梁的限制条件和安全保障措施,可为类似老旧桥梁的通航和管理提供参考。

    Abstract:

    With the continuous development of the water transportation industry,low-grade channels are gradually upgraded,and in recent years,large-scale ships has developed rapidly,and the main dimensions of actual navigable ships often exceed the channel design standards.The navigation clearance scale of some bridges is not compatible with the navigation standard of the upgraded channel.However,due to the limitation of engineering investment and other reasons,it is impossible to dismantle and rebuild in time,which has certain restrictions on the navigation of the channel.This article takes the Wuxuan Bridge as an example to analyze the navigation clearance scale of the bridge,the hydrological conditions of the river section where it is located,and the navigation ship type.Numerical simulation methods are used to simulate and analyze the navigation flow conditions and collision resistance performance of the bridge.From the perspective of navigable clear width,navigation clearance height,bridge anti-collision ability and meteorological factors ,etc.,the limiting conditions and safety guarantee measures for the safe passage of various types of ships through old bridges are proposed,which can provide reference for the navigation and management of similar old bridges.
