    针对深层水泥搅拌船在海上进行砂土地基加固时掘进难题,利用数值模拟技术,建立了深层搅拌船搅拌器切削部件切削泥土和搅拌部件搅拌泥土的三维分析模型,土体的本构模型采用Drucker-Prager模型,应用单元损伤失效准则模拟砂土的破坏过程,并基于显式积分算法实现搅拌器切削齿切削砂土的动态过程仿真,分析搅拌器的切削阻力、切削功率和搅拌功率,以及正常工况下和极限工况下搅拌器的应力状态。结果表明,在极限工作状态下,搅拌器最大应力出现在端部,为231 MPa,满足强度要求。

    Abstract:

    Regarding the excavation problem of sand foundation reinforcement by DCM ship at sea,numerical simulation technology is used to establish a three-dimensional analysis model of soil cutting by agitator cutting parts and soil mixing by mixing parts. The constitutive model of soil adopts Drucker-Prager model,and the failure criterion of unit damage is used to simulate the failure process of sand,based on the explicit integral algorithm,the dynamic process of the agitator cutter cutting sand is simulated,the cutting resistance,cutting power and stirring power of the agitator are analyzed,and then the stress state of the agitator is analyzed under normal working conditions and limit working conditions. The results indicate that the maximum stress at the end of agitator is 231 MPa,which meets the requirements of strength.
