In the construction and production process of water conservancy and water transport projects,some typical events often occur,such as the innovation of construction methods or technologies,the tackling of difficult problems,the optimization and improvement of technological process,etc. In order to make the organizational experience settle and flow smoothly in the construction enterprises,it is necessary to analyze cases and extract a general and efficient management method.Taking the improvement of eco-gabion construction technology as an example,we propose a general way to solve engineering problems by combing and analyzing the background information,problem challenges,scheme selection,effect of results,application evaluation,etc.
