    摘要:

    针对绞吸挖泥船横移锚位对横摆速度、横移拉力的影响,推导出横摆速度关系式、横移拉力关系式,建立关于锚位坐标的分析计算模型。结合国内重型绞吸挖泥船“天鲲号”的主要尺寸及角度参数,分别计算在不同摆宽和下开锚工况条件下,绞刀横摆的线速度与横移绞车收缆速度比值关系、横摆阻力与钢丝缆拉力比值关系,分析不同摆宽锚位对横摆速度及横移拉力的影响。结果表明,尽可能下开锚施工;在摆宽较大时,适当提高倒锚频率;根据工况条件适当减小摆宽。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the influence of the swing position of the cutter suction dredger on the swing speed and swing force,we derive the swing speed relationship formula and swing force relationship formula,and establish an analytical calculation model about the anchor position coordinates.Combining with the main dimensions and angle parameters of the domestic heavy cutter suction dredger “Tiankun”,we calculate the relationship between the swing speed and the take-up speed of the swing winch,and the relationship between the swing resistance and the take-up force of steel cable respectively under the conditions of different swing widths and long distance anchor,and analyze the influence of the swing anchor position on the swing speed and the swing force in different swing widths.The results show that it is as far as possible to the anchor.When the swing width is large,the frequency of inverted anchor is appropriately increased.According to the working conditions,the swing width is appropriately reduced.
