    摘要:

    老木孔电站是岷江航道梯级连通的重要节点。在建设该电站同时,其坝址至下游犍为电站库尾之间天然河段将通过整治措施提升至Ⅲ级航道。出于生态及人文环境保护目的,要求将老木孔原规划正常蓄水位降低1 m。结合航道整治,通过降低坝下河段水面比降的方式,研究兼顾补偿电站发电水头和保证通航条件的整治措施。采用数学模型进行方案比选,调整坝下流向并逐步优化分流比,提出最优的推荐方案。结果表明,优化方案3既能保证引航道连接段水流条件满足规范要求,又可以降低坝下水位、补偿发电效益。

    Abstract:

    Laomukong hydroelectric-station is an important node for cascade connection of the Minjiang channel. The natural reach between the dam site and the tail of the Qianwei hydroelectric-station will be upgraded to grade Ⅲ channel through regulation measures at the same time as the construction of the station. In order to protect ecological and human environment,the planned normal water storage level of Laomukong is required to reduce by 1 m. Combining with channel regulation,we research the regulation measures that take into account compensation for the water head of the station and the navigation conditions by reducing the water surface slope of downstream reach of the dam. We apply the mathematical model to compare and select the schemes,adjust the flow direction and gradually optimize the diversion ratio,and propose the best recommendation scheme. The results show that the optimization scheme 3 can ensure that the flow conditions at the connection segment of the approach channel satisfy the requirements of specification,also reduce the downstream water level and compensate the power generation benefits.
