    针对绞吸船短吹距施工效益问题,以江苏启东吕四港西港池疏浚工程为例,分别对绞吸船在短吹距情况下的单泵不加缩口以及双泵加缩口的施工工艺进行研究,通过理论计算使泥泵机提供的扬程与管线阻力相匹配,对比单泵与双泵施工的横移速度、流速、浓度等施工参数,比较单泵与双泵施工的生产率和生产效益。结果表明,“天吉”船双泵施工较单泵施工可提高利润约22.68万元/月,双泵施工的生产率较单泵施工提高约22%。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problem of the construction benefit of short-slung distance for cutter suction dredger,this paper takes the dredging project of west basin of Lyusi Port in Qidong,Jiangsu as an example,studies the cutter suction dredger’s construction technology of the single-pump without necking and the double-pump construction with necking under the condition of short-slung distance,matches the head provided by the mud pump with the resistance of the pipeline by theoretical calculation,contrasts the main construction parameters of the single pump and double pump construction,such as the traverse speed,flow speed and concentration,and compares the productivity and production benefit of single pump and double pump construction. The results show that compared with single pump construction,the profit of double pump construction of Tianji ship can increase about 226,800 yuan/month,and the productivity of double pump construction can increase 22%.
