    摘要:

    提高水力式升船机输水系统各支孔出流的同步性有利于减小船厢倾斜量,是水力式升船机安全运行的基础。通过理论推导,确定水力式升船机长廊道输水系统支孔流量差异的主要影响因子;利用二维数学模型模拟水力式升船机运行过程中输水系统出流过程,定义最不利时刻各支孔流量标准差为特征指标衡量支孔流量不均匀度,获得支孔出流特性对相关因素的响应规律,并对各影响因素进行敏感性分析。

    Abstract:

    Improving the outflow uniformity of long-culvert filling and emptying system for hydro-floating ship lift can reduce the ship chamber’s inclination,thus it is the basis of safe operation of hydro-floating ship lift. Through theoretical derivation,main influential factors of outflow uniformity are determined. Based on the two dimensional mathematical model,we simulate the outflow process during ship-lift’s operation,define the standard deviation of branch flux in particular moment as the characteristic index to measure the outflow’s uniformity. The response mechanism between outflow uniformity and related factors is derived and sensitivity analysis is conducted.
