    京唐港为我国在砂质-粉砂质海岸建设的第一个深水港,自1992年竣工以来,已多次发生航道骤淤现象。为掌握泥沙骤淤机制,总结砂质-粉砂质海岸建港经验,通过分析京唐港发生泥沙骤淤的海岸动力条件和泥沙回淤特点,指出大风浪条件下存在宽阔的破波带和“广义沿岸输沙带”,而秋冬季强风浪大量扬动并输移近海区粉砂质底质是航道骤淤的主要原因;掌握大风浪条件下粉砂质岸滩泥沙运动规律,特别是底层高浓度的特点,是估算粉砂质岸滩挖槽内骤淤量的关键。研究成果可为在砂质-粉砂质海岸建港选址和挡沙堤建设提供借鉴。

    Abstract:

    Jingtang Port is the first deep-water port built on the sandy-silty coast in China. Since its completion in 1992,there have been many times of sudden siltation in channel. In order to master the mechanism of sudden siltation and summarize the experience of building a port on the sandy-silty coast,we analyze the coastal dynamic conditions and characteristics of the sudden siltation in channel,and point out that there is a wide surf zone and “generalized littoral transport zone” under the strong wind waves. The main reason of channel’s sudden-siltation is the strong wind waves in autumn and winter,which move and transport the silty sediment in offshore area. It is the key to estimate the sudden siltation in the channel of silty beach to master the movement law of silty beach sediment under strong wind waves,especially the characteristics of high concentration of bottom layer. The research results may serve as reference for the site selection of port construction at sandy-silty beach and the construction of sand retaining dike.
