In order to enhance the stability and structural safety of the protection of deep-water breakwaters under severe sea-conditions,we optimize the protection structure of the original design of the breakwaters according to the latest regulations and experimental researching results.We use double-layer twisted-Wang block surface protection structure,apply the artificial blocks instead of super-heavy-size blocks,and propose the critical points of construction quality control measures.The results show that the double-layer twisted-Wang block surface protection can solve the problem of large-scale stone supplying and improve the stability of the deep-water breakwaters protection structure.
