Abstract:We carry out the compression-bending test on three groups of grouting joint specimens of prefabricated wharf,study the mechanical behaviors of grouting joint specimens such as bearing capacity,ductility and failure mode with different grouting length and grouting thickness.The results show that the specimens of the grouting joint have better ductility and higher bearing capacity.The failure mode of the grouting joint under compression and bending is the buckling failure of the steel tube.As the length of the grouting joint increases,the bearing capacity increases.The increase of grouting thickness has little effect on the bearing capacity of the component,but the increase of grouting thickness can improve the crack resistance of the bottom of the grouting body.When putting this structure into practice,it is better to raise the grouting thickness properly.
