    国内疏浚工程趋向大型化、精细化发展,基床平整度要求越来越高。针对莱州港5万吨级航道工程,基于“航工301”小型整平船,建立CFD仿真模型,分析船载框架式整平器作用时船舶在各浪向下的水动力性能,分析对孤立浅点和浅点集中区域采取的不同施工工艺的经济效果,并进行海上试验。结果表明:在整平器的作用下,船舶的运动幅值响应算子总体较小,船舶稳定性较高;独立浅点沿2个方向过线,单边受力时,多向过线效果较好;在浅点集中区域,以S线型走线结合多方向过线,由浅至深逐段扫浅;施工周期内节省燃油约103 t、淡水约112.5 t,浅点扫除率达100%,效果显著。

    Abstract:

    Domestic dredging projects tend to be large-scale and refined,and the requirement of bedding planeness is higher and higher.For the 50,000-ton waterway project of Laizhou Port,we analyze the hydrodynamic performance of the ship in different wave directions when the ship- borne frame leveling device works based on a small leveling ship named “Hang Gong 301” and establishes a CFD simulation model.We also analyze the economic effects of different construction techniques adopted for the isolated shallow area and shallow concentrated areas,and carry out marine test.The results show that under the action of the leveling device,the motion amplitude response operator of the ship is generally small and the ship has high stability.It is better for the ship to pass through the independent shallow areas in two directions and to pass the shallow areas in multiple directions when the single side is stressed.In the shallow concentration area,the ship passes in S-line and multiple directions,and the spot dredging is carried out from the shallow area to the deep area.Within the construction period,about 103 tons of fuel and 112.5 tons of fresh water are saved,and the shallow sweep rate is 100%.The effect is remarkable.
