    摘要:

    葛洲坝船闸浮式检修门(以下简称浮门)是葛洲坝船闸检修设备设施的重要组成部分,在停航期检修中起下游挡水作用,为闸室廊道、下游人字门等检修项目提供无水环境。葛洲坝船闸浮式检修门快速精准对位,是提高葛洲坝船闸停航期检修效率的基础。浮门快速精准对位主要分为3个步骤:浮门门体入槽、门体对位、快速沉浮。通过分析葛洲坝船闸浮式检修门对位现状,从浮门影响因素入手分析研究葛洲坝船闸浮门快速精准对位。

    Abstract:

    The floating overhaul gate of Gezhouba navigation lock (the floating gate) is an important part of the maintenance equipment and facilities in Gezhouba navigation lock,which plays a downstream water retaining role in the overhaul of Gezhouba navigation lock during the stopover period,and provides an anhydrous environment for the overhaul projects of the lock chamber corridor and the downstream miter gate.Quick and accurate alignment of floating overhaul gates of Gezhouba navigation lock is the basis of improving the efficiency of overhaul of Gezhouba navigation lock during shutdown period.The rapid and accurate alignment of floating door can be divided into three steps: floating door body entering slot,door body alignment and rapid sinking and floating.By analyzing the current situation of alignment of floating overhaul gates of Gezhouba navigation lock,starting with the influencing factors of floating gates,the rapid and accurate alignment of floating gates about Gezhouba is analyzed.
