    摘要:

    闸室水位检测是船闸正常运行的一项重要检测工艺。在三峡船闸目前闸室水位计布设的基础上,以南线船闸1#、2#闸室作为试验对象,在相邻两个闸室的4个水位计井中各增设2支水位计,根据奇数表决法的原理,每个水位计井中的3支水位计形成自动判断机制,增加单点水位检测的可靠性,并实现单点水位计跳变在线故障检测、异常预警和不停航条件下的故障水位计更换等功能,解决了原单支水位计无法实现自校准判断的难题。

    Abstract:

    Water level detection for chamber is an important technology for normal operation of ship lock.Based on the current layout of water level gauges in the chamber of Three Gorges ship lock,we take 1#?and 2#chambers of south lock as the test object,add two water level gauges respectively in four wells of two adjacent lock chambers.According to the principle of odd voting method,three water level gauges in each well form an automatic judging mechanism,which can increase the reliability of single point detection of water level,and realize on-line fault detection,abnormal warning and replacement of the fault water level gauge without stopping.It solves the problem that the original single water level gauge cannot realize self-calibration judgment.
