    摘要:

    用爆破挤淤法进行软基处理时,影响实施效果的外部因素较多,且不同施工区域外部环境差异较大,以往施工经验难以直接应用。为达到最佳爆破挤淤效果,结合大连临空产业园填海造地工程,通过现场对比试验,就作业环境、石料抛填、布药方式等外部因素对爆破挤淤效果的影响程度进行分析和研究。试验结果表明:在高潮位时采用级配较好、粒径较小的石料进行爆破施工,挤淤效果较好,同时压入式布药方式比振动式更容易保证布药质量,爆破挤淤效果更能够得到充分保证。通过制定合理的施工方案,顺利完成爆破挤淤施工,围堰质量满足设计要求。

    Abstract:

    In soft foundation treatment by blasting silt extrusion,there are many external factors affecting its implementation effect and the external environments of different construction areas are quite different,so it is difficult to apply the previous construction experience directly.For achieving the best effect of blasting silt squeezing,combining with the reclamation project of Dalian Airborne Industrial Park,we study the influence of external factors such as working environment,stone filling and charge distribution on the effect of blasting silt squeezing by means of field comparative test.The test results show that the effect of silt extrusion is better when using better graded and smaller-sized stones in blasting construction at high tide level.At the same time,the effect of silt extrusion by blasting can be fully guaranteed by the method of pressing charge distribution,which is easier to ensure the quality of charge distribution than that by vibration charge distribution.By formulating a reasonable construction plan,the blasting silt squeezing construction is successfully completed,and the quality of the cofferdam meets the design requirements.
