深中通道沉管基槽深水装配式挡泥结构

    摘要:

    水工工程基槽开挖后容易出现回淤,影响预制构件的安装质量。深中通道西人工岛附近原泥面表层存在流淤,沉管基槽两侧需考虑设置临时挡泥结构。通过分析比较圆筒+挡泥板+软插板装配式挡泥结构方案与钢板桩挡泥结构方案的优、缺点,认为装配式挡泥结构方案在施工难易、工期等方面具有明显优势,并介绍装配式挡泥结构方案结构设计与施工工艺情况。装配式挡泥结构稳定性好、工艺简单、装配化程度高,满足沉管基槽挡泥功能要求,可为深水基槽挡泥施工方案提供借鉴。

    Abstract:

    Silt easy occurs after foundation trench excavation,which affects the installation quality of the recast unit.Flow silt exists on the surface of the original mud surface near the west artificial island of Shenzhen—Zhongshan Bridge,so temporary silt-retaining structures should be installed on both sides of the sunken pipeline foundation trench.According to the analysis and comparison of the fabricated silt-retaining structure scheme of cylinder+fender+flexible inserted plate and the steel sheet pile,we know that the fabricated silt-retaining structure scheme has obvious advantages in construction difficulty and construction period,and give an introduction of the structure design and construction process of the fabricated mud retaining structure scheme,which is characterized by good stability,simple technological process and high assembling degree,and meets the requirements of the mud retaining function of the sink base. It may serve as reference for the construction projects of mud retaining of deepwater sunken pipeline foundation trench.
