    摘要:

    高桩梁板式码头的主体混凝土结构一般由桩基、横梁(现浇)、纵向梁系(现浇或预制后安装)、面板(现浇或预制后安装)、面层(现浇)等组成。码头上部荷载全部由横梁传递给桩基,因此对横梁的质量要求很高。而现浇横梁一般位于水位变动区,受潮汐影响严重,现场施工难度较大,施工质量不可控。印尼神华国华爪哇7电厂工程采用悬吊底模法施工高桩码头现浇下横梁,降低了潮汐对横梁施工的影响,现场施工便利,同时确保了横梁的施工质量,取得较好的经济和社会效益。

    Abstract:

    The main concrete structure of the high-pile beam slab wharf is generally composed of pile foundation,beam(cast-in-place),longitudinal beam system(cast-in-place or pre-fabricated installation),panel(cast-in-place or pre-fabricated installation),surface layer(cast-in-place),etc.The upper load of the wharf is transmitted from the beam to the pile foundation.Therefore,the quality requirement to the beam is very high.The cast-in-place beam is generally located in the water level fluctuation zone,which is seriously affected by the tide.The construction on site is difficult and the construction quality is uncontrollable.Taking the SGPJB Jawa 7 Power Plant project in Indonesia as an example,this paper introduces the construction of the lower beam of the high-pile wharf under the suspended bottom mold method,which effectively reduces the impact of the tide on the beam construction.The site construction is convenient and the construction quality of the beam is guaranteed.Meanwhile,good economic and social benefits are achieved.
