    摘要:

    无锚钢板桩与深层水泥搅拌桩(deep cement mixing pile,简称“DCM”)块体组合的结构用于小型码头的建设,充分利用了钢板桩抗剪强度高和DCM块体自质量大的特点,达到了减少施工开挖量、缩短施工周期、减小对周围干扰、在淤泥地质条件下快速形成码头的目的。在国家重点工程“港珠澳大桥”CB03标段桥墩预制场出运码头的设计及建设过程中成功使用该组合结构,证明了该结构的可应用性及其优势。组合结构为软土乃至淤泥地质情况下的小型码头建设和支护结构的设计选型提供了技术参考,同时,其土体计算指标的换算、结构的整体及局部验算等设计计算方式也具备一定的推广价值。

    Abstract:

    The structure of the anchorless steel sheet pile combined with the DCM(Deep Cement Mixing pile)block was used for the construction of small docks.The combined structure took full advantages of the high shear strength of steel sheet pile and the high mass of DCM block,and achieved the purpose of reducing the amount of construction excavation,shortening the construction period,minimizing distractions to the surrounding, and rapidly forming the dock under the silt geological conditions.The combined structure has been successfully used in the design and construction of the bridge pre-casting pier of the CB03 section for the national key project “Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge”,which has proved its applicability and advantages.The combined structure provides a technical reference for the construction of small wharf and the design and selection of supporting structure under the soft soil and even silt geological conditions.At the same time,the design and calculation methods such as the conversion of soil calculation index,the overall and local checking of the structure also have certain popularization value.
