    摘要:

    肯尼亚拉姆港疏浚及吹填项目中吹填区须进行临时围埝施工。由于当地石料价格较高,陆地砂源少,因此只能通过大型绞吸挖泥船采用水下取砂的方式进行备砂。而施工区土质为黏土混砂,且含有大量贝壳,砂层较薄,取砂效率极低。为此,研制一种管线用滤砂装置,该装置可将砂与其他废土分离,并分别吹填至不同区域。 该大型绞吸挖泥船黏土与砂混挖分离施工技术,解决了砂与黏土球及贝壳分离的难题,保证了砂袋充填砂的质量,提高了充填砂袋施工效率,大大降低了施工成本。

    Abstract:

    In the dredging and reclamation project of the Ram Port in Kenya,temporary dredging construction is required in the landfill area. The local stone material is expensive and it is a lack of sand source.Therefore,sand can only be prepared through underwater sand-taking by the large-scale cutter suction dredger.But soil in the construction area is clay mixed with sand and contains a large number of shells.Moreover,the sand layer is thin,so the sand-taking efficiency is extremely low. So,we develop a sand filter device for pipelines,which can separate sand from other waste soils and separately fill them into different areas. By the clay-sand mixture separation technology by the large-scale cutter suction dredger,we solve the problem of separating the sand from the clay ball and the shell and ensure the quality of the bag-filling sand,improve the construction efficiency of the sand bag-filing efficiency and greatly reduce the construction cost.
