    摘要:

    排水口工程因其持续向航道中注入水流而产生横流,是一种特殊的临河工程,其建设是否科学合理对保障航道及通航安全至关重要。针对施桥船闸下游引航道区域内汤汪污水处理厂排水口改造后通航条件改变的问题,研究排水口工程涉及的航道选址和平面布置,利用MIKE21软件建立模型对航道通航条件等进行分析,提出排水口类工程建设相关建议。结果表明,排水口工程建设会对船闸下游引航道通航条件带来不利影响,通过优化平面布置、降低排水口高程、增大排水口管径等措施可有效降低横流流速,使其满足规范要求。

    Abstract:

    Drainage outlet project is a special river-facing project because it continuously injects water into the channel,and the scientific and reasonable construction of the project is very important to ensure the safety of the channel and navigation.Aiming at the change of navigation conditions after the renovation of the drainage outlet of Tangwang sewage treatment plant in the downstream approach channel area of Shiqiao lock,we study the location and layout of the drainage outlet project,analyze the navigation conditions of the channel using the model established by MIKE21 software,and propose some suggestions for the construction of the drainage outlet project.The results show that the construction of the drainage outlet project will bring adverse effects on navigation conditions of the lower approach channel of the ship lock.By optimizing the layout,reducing the elevation of the drainage outlet and increasing the diameter of the drainage outlet,the adverse cross-flow velocity can be effectively reduced to satisfy the requirements of the standard.
