    摘要:

    锚地是关系水上交通安全的公共服务设施,规范中关于航道锚地规模、布置方案的规定尚不详实。以京杭大运河湖西航道锚地布置方案为例,总结了锚地选址原则、锚位计算方法和靠泊管理方案。对平原限制性航道的锚泊条件进行分析,得出平原限制性航道锚地选址应重点考虑锚泊习惯和对外交通条件的结论。在平原限制性航道采用连片式结构和孤立墩式结构的组合方案,能够满足单船丁靠和船队顺靠的使用要求,且具有较好的经济优势,为平原限制性航道锚地的建设提出了新思路,对于类似工程建设及规范修编具有积极借鉴意义。

    Abstract:

    Anchorage is a public service facility that relates to the safety of water traffic.The regulations on the scale and layout of waterways anchorage in the code are not yet detailed.Taking the anchorage layout scheme of the west waterway of Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal as an example,this paper summarizes the anchorage location principle,the anchorage calculation method and berthing management scheme,and analyzes the anchorage conditions of the plain restricted channel .It is concluded that the location of the plain restricted anchorage should mainly consider the anchorage habits of sailor and external traffic conditions.The combination of continuous structure and isolated pier structure in the restricted waterways of the plains can meet the requirements for the use of single ships and fleets,and it has a good economic advantage,and puts forward new ideas for the construction of restricted channel anchorages in the plains.It has positive reference significance for similar engineering construction and normative revision.
