In view of the problem that there is a lack of normative and programmatic operation guidelines in the design of automated container terminals at present,we study the basic framework,classification and hierarchical design principles,design methods and steps,as well as process modeling and verification of automated container terminal,and carry out the design of business process for automated container terminal in Qingdao Port.The results show that the business process of automated container terminal designed by this method can improve the efficiency of decision-making and construction,which can provide references for the similar projects.
