    摘要:

    清水江旁海航电枢纽工程的坝址处于山区狭窄河段,不具备船闸和厂房两岸同时施工的工作条件。结合山区河流洪水流量大历时短、洪枯水流量比大等特点,充分考虑厂房尽早投产发电的原则,提出采取分期导流、过水围堰的设计方案,即一期围电站厂房及部分泄水闸,二期采用过水围堰与已建泄水闸同时泄流的方式,并建立比尺1100的正态定床物理模型,对设计方案的导流效果进行验证。结果表明,方案的各设计指标能够满足要求,成果可供类似工程提供参考。

    Abstract:

    The dam site of the Qingshui River Panghai navigation and power junction project is in narrow river section of mountainous area without the working condition that ship lock and factory building are both constructing at the same time.Combining with the characteristics of large flood discharge in mountainous river,short duration of flood and high ratio of flood to dry water,we fully consider the principle of early commissioning of power generation of factory buildings,and propose the design scheme to adopt staggered diversion and overflow cofferdam.In the first stage of the design scheme,we enclose factory building of power station and part of the sluice.In the second stage,we adopt the discharge method of the overflow cofferdam and the built sluice at the same time.We establish a 1100 normal fixed bed physical model of the dam section to verify the diversion effect of the design scheme.The results show that the design indexes of scheme can meet the requirements.It can provide the conferences for the similar projects.
