    摘要:

    为探索多波束测深系统在水下检测码头接缝的效用和技术特点,对在建的沉箱码头岸壁开展水下检测现场试验。针对检测对象的特点,改进了多波束测深系统的安装方式和设置,对采集的数据提取点云图进行分析,并对接缝宽度进行水下摄像验证。结果表明,接缝宽度检测的分辨率与船速、波束的发射频率、探测距离等因素有关,且在作业时应力求船舶的航行姿态平稳和匀速航行以保证检测质量。该系统在水下检测时能获得三维点云数据,可直观反映接缝的整体形态,为码头水下接缝检测提供了一种新方法。

    Abstract:

    To explore the effectiveness and technical features of inspecting the wharf joint underwater by multi-beam bathymetric system,we carry out an underwater field experiment on caisson quay wall of the wharf being built.According to the characteristic of the object,we improve the configuration and installation mode of the multi-beam bathymetric system,and analyze the point cloud extracted from the data collected,and give the verification for the width of the joint by underwater photography.The results show that the resolution of inspecting joint width is related to ship speed,launch frequency of beam,detection distance and other factors,and steady navigation attitude and uniform speed should be ensured to guarantee the quality of inspection.This system can obtain three-dimensional point cloud data underwater,which can directly reflect the overall shape of the joint.It can provide a new method for inspecting wharf joint underwater.
