    摘要:

    广西北部湾某修造船基地10万吨级舾装兼顾大件运输泊位建设采用海港常规湿法施工方法,工程投资大、水下炸礁量大且运距远并对海洋环境影响大。针对这一问题,根据码头布置方式和地形地质条件提出了干法施工方案和超高卸荷衡重式挡土墙码头水工结构方案。依据现行规范和类似结构土压力计算方法,提出了超高卸荷衡重式挡土墙结构土压力和结构内力的简化计算方法。经验算,挡墙各项稳定性和结构截面尺寸均满足规范要求。同时,针对地质和结构的特殊性,提出相关细部构造及施工质量控制措施。

    Abstract:

    The construction of a 100,000-tons outfitting and large cargo transportation berth in a repair and shipbuilding base in Guangxi Beibu Gulf adopts the conventional wet method of harbor construction,and the project has a large investment,a large amount of underwater reef blasting,a long transportation distance and a great impact on the marine environment.In view of this problem,the dry construction scheme and the hydraulic structure scheme of the ultra-high unloading and equilibrium-weigh retaining wall wharf are proposed according to the wharf layout and topographic and geological conditions.According to the current code and similar structure earth pressure calculation method,a simplified calculation method of earth pressure and structure internal force of ultra-high unloading equilibrium-weigh retaining wall structure is put forward.The stability and the size of the structure section of the retaining wall meet the requirements of the code.At the same time,aiming at the particularity of geology and structure,the detailed structure and construction quality control measures are put forward.
