    摘要:

    针对高桩码头大跨度非完全排架结构承载特性问题,采用ANSYS建立三维模型,研究不同工况对其结构承载特性的影响。结果表明:门机荷载对该新型结构的桩基内力影响较大,均布荷载主要影响中纵梁和横梁内力,而门机荷载则主要影响轨道梁内力;此外,中纵梁下方的桩基轴力明显较轨道梁下方桩基轴力大,而桩身弯矩则由码头前沿向陆侧逐渐增加;相邻排架间轨道梁下的双直桩对轨道梁的内力起到应力重分配的作用,使各轨道梁受力更加均匀,有利于各跨轨道梁协同作用、共同发挥承载作用。

    Abstract:

    In this paper,ANSYS is used to establish a three-dimensional model to study the influence of different working conditions on the bearing behavior of large span non-complete bent structure for high-pile wharf.The results show that the load of portal crane has great influence on the internal force of piles,and the uniform load mainly affects the internal force of the middle longitudinal beam and cross beam,while the load of portal crane is the key factor for the internal force of track beams;the axial force of the piles under the middle longitudinal beam is obviously larger than that of the piles under the track beam,while the pile bending moment increases gradually from the wharf front to the land side;the double straight piles under the track beam between the adjacent bents play a role of stress redistribution in the internal force of the track beam,so that the stress of each track beam is more uniform,which is conducive to the synergistic effect of each cross-track beam and the joint bearing effect.
