    摘要:

    日照港岚山港区北作业区规划新增LNG码头,针对其配套航道及防波堤工程平面布置问题,提出3个方案。采用数值模拟方法,推算不同方案下港池、航道,尤其是口门处的测点流速。计算结果表明,工程建设后,港池内各点在防波堤掩护下流速有所降低;受防波堤挑流作用的影响,口门位置处横流流速达到最大;以方案2流速相对较小,且流速大于某一值的持续时间较短。在方案2基础上进行优化,将一段防波堤调整为导流堤,由于导流堤上方可通过一部分水体,堤头附近航道横流有所减小。

    Abstract:

    The north operation area of Lanshan port area in Rizhao Port is planned to add LNG wharf,and three plans for the layout of supporting waterway and breakwater project are put forward.Numerical simulation method is used to calculate the flow velocity of the harbor basin and channel under different schemes,especially at the entrance.The calculation results show that:after the construction,the velocity of each point in the harbor basin decreases under the protection of breakwater;under the influence of the overtopping action of the breakwater,the cross flow velocity at the entrance position reaches the maximum;in scheme 2,the flow rate is relatively small and the duration of flow rate greater than a certain value is relatively short.On the basis of scheme 2,a section of breakwater is optimized to be a diversion breakwater.As a part of water can be passed through the diversion breakwater,the cross-flow of channel near the breakwater head is reduced.
