    摘要:

    为定量评估交通运输方式转换对区域节能减排的贡献,以内河航道能力提升为重点,运用Logit模型计算内河航道能力提升后对铁路和公路货运量的分担率。根据能耗和排放相关参数分别确定运输方式转换前后所需能耗和所产生的CO2排放量,对比分析内河航道能力提升对区域节能减排的贡献。以山东省小清河复航工程为例,采用所构建的计算模型进行分析,结果显示该项目的节能和CO2减排量达32.10%,表明内河航道能力提升对区域交通系统的节能减排效果显著。

    Abstract:

    Transportation mode conversion is a very important way for regional energy saving and emission reduction.To quantitatively evaluate the effect of this conversion,this paper focuses on inland navigation channel capacity improvement,and uses Logit model to determine the share rate of inland navigation transferred from railway and road.Based on energy consumption and emission related parameters,the required energy consumption and CO2 emissions before and after the transformation of transport mode are determined respectively,and the contribution of capacity improvement of inland waterway to regional energy conservation and emission reduction is compared and analyzed.Taking the recovery of shipping of Xiaoqing River in Shandong province as an example,the calculation model is adopted for analysis.The results show that the energy saving and CO2 emission reduction of this project are up to 32.10%,indicating that the capacity improvement of inland waterway has a significant effect on energy saving and emission reduction of regional transportation system.
