    导管架墩台结构作为一种透空式轻型码头结构,尤其适用于复杂的外海深水环境。针对导管架结构形式多样和合理选型的问题,依托舟山市册子岛30万吨级原油码头工程,开展了导管架靠船墩的结构选型研究,并分析了结构布置因素对优选的导管架靠船墩的性能影响。分析结果表明,X形导管架结构的力学特性最优,而两种K形结构的经济性最优。结合外海深水码头的受力特征,优选X形导管架结构。同时,该优选结构的影响因素分析表明,支撑层数和背海侧腿柱斜度对结构性能影响较大,而支撑层间高度对水平刚度影响较大而对承载能力影响较小,需要结合导管架结构和下部桩基承载和变形要求优化参数配制。

    Abstract:

    The jacket dolphin structure,as a type of lightly open wharf ,has a great potential to be used in the complex offshore deepwater environment.In order to solve the problem of diverse and reasonable selection of jacket structure,relying on the 300,000 t crude oil terminal project in Zhoushan Cezidao,a research on the structural selection of jacket pier is carried out,and the influence of structural layout factors on the performance of the optimized jacket pier is analyzed.The analysis results show that the mechanical properties of the X-shape jacket structure are the best,while the economic performance of the two K-shape structures is the best.According to the stress characteristics of offshore deepwater wharf,X-shape jacket structure is preferred.The analysis of the influencing factors of the optimal structure shows that the number of supporting layers and the slope of the measured leg column on the back sea have a large impact on the structural performance,while the height of the supporting layers has a large impact on the horizontal rigidity and a small impact on the bearing capacity.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the parameters according to the load and deformation requirements of the jacket structure and the bottom pile foundation.
