    摘要:

    结合广东省北江航道濛里枢纽二线船闸工程,针对地连墙围堰施工平台回填、开挖量大且地连墙内力大的问题,提出并采用下部地连墙、上部挡土墙的新型地连墙围堰结构,有效减少了施工平台回填、开挖量及地连墙内力。针对采用常规整体式或分离式上闸首时开挖量、混凝土用量大或止水复杂、可靠性差的问题,提出并采用一种新型整体式闸首结构,止水简单、可靠,且有效减少了开挖量和混凝土用量;桩基插板式隔流墙施工精度难以保证插板顺利安装,根据主动补偿的思路在钢护筒外设置钢套筒并合理预留间隙,提出并采用新型桩基隔流墙结构,确保了插板的顺利安装。

    Abstract:

    Based on second line ship lock of Mengtze junction in Beijiang River of Guangdong Province,to solve the problems of backfilling,large amount of excavation and large internal force of ground wall cofferdam construction platform,a new type of wall cofferdam structure is proposed and adopted in the lower part of the wall and upper retaining wall,which effectively reduces the backfill,excavation and internal force of the construction platform.Using conventional monolithic or separate lock head makes,the amount of excavation and concrete is large,and water seal is complicated and poor reliability .In order to solve this problem,a new type of integral gate head structure is proposed and adopted,through which water seal is simple and reliable,and effectively reduces the amount of excavation and the amount of concrete used.As the low construction accuracy of piles inserted plate wall,it’ s difficult to guarantee the flapper can be installed successfully.Adopting the idea of active-compensation,steel sleeve was set outside the steel casing,and reasonable gaps were reserved. A new type of piles inserted plate wall was used to ensure the success installation of flapper.
