Combining with the Dubai Hassyan power plant terminal facilities and water intake & outfall pipeline EPC project,we briefly expound the characteristic of the project in the process of detail design,NOC application,environment,quality and safety management in this paper.We discuss the operation and management of the EPC project in the Middle East market,which can provide reference and practical support for the further expansion of the marine engineering EPC market in the Middle East.
