    摘要:

    自动化轨道吊(ARMG)及自动化轮胎吊(ARTG)是自动化港区堆场设备的2个主要发展方向。为系统梳理传统港区改造为自动化港区所面临的技术难题,准确把握未来自动化港区发展方向,上海港在2个传统堆场利用局部箱区试验性地实施ARMG和ARTG改造项目。基于该项目实际运营数据,对ARMG及ARTG模式技术现状、发展趋势进行系统的梳理及研判,分析其与港区环境的互适条件,为传统集装箱港区改造为自动化集装箱港区提供理论参考。

    Abstract:

    Automatic rail mounted gantry crane(ARMG)and automatic rubber-tyred gantry crane(ARTG)are the two main development directions of equipment in the automatic terminal yard. To tease systematically the technical problems of transformation from traditional terminals to automatic terminals and steer accurately the development direction of terminal automation, the renovation projects of ARMG and ARTG were carried out tentatively in part areas of two traditional container terminal yards in Shanghai Port. Based on the actual operating data of the renovation projects, the current situation and development trend of technology for the ARMG and ARTG are analyzed systematically and the adaptive conditions of the ARMG and ARTG modes to the port environment are studied. The result may serve as theoretical reference for the transformation of traditional container terminals to automated container terminals.
