Nowadays,there is a phenomenon that the cooperation on land-transport infrastructure between China and Vietnam has been increasingly close.But,it is hardly to find a Chinese enterprise in Vietnamese port investment market.From the perspective of Chinese companies,we summarize the macro and regional economic development of Vietnam.Based on an almost fully understanding of the master plan for seaports in Vietnam,the harbors which are worth being highlighted by Chinese asset are picked up.We also analyze relevant issues that China enterprises shall pay attention to when investing in Vietnamese harbors,and put forward suggestions and co-op modes of investing Vietnamese seaports for Chinese companies.
