In view that the strong ground vibration produced by dynamic compaction construction has adverse effects on the people nearby and the environment and the cost of the use of continuous barrier vibration isolation is high,we carry out dynamic compaction test and sand-gravel pile vibration isolation test to study the influences of sand-gravel pile materials and pile spacing on the vibration isolation effect.The results show that sand-gravel pile barrier provides a significant vibration isolation effect on the dynamic compaction,and the vibration isolation effect is enhanced with the decrease of pile spacing.
