Based on the supply chain management in China and abroad and actuality of port business in Hebei port group,the current problems of port coal supply chain operation and management are analyzed.Focusing on the coal supply chain pattern formation process of Hebei port group,we analyze the port’[KG-*3]s coal supply chain management process,to accomplish the construction of Hebei port group supply chain management mode,logistics cooperation mode,as well as the logistics system and logistics supply chain collaborative information supporting mode,to solve the problems such as the delay of information sharing and poor circulation of information of the port’s coal supply chain.We also design the overall framework of collaborative operation information system of the coal supply chain in port,and discuss the construction of the information system of supply chain collaborative operation based on typical platform construction to form an efficient,scientific and advanced coal supply chain management model of Hebei port group.
