Compared with ordinary cargo wharf and ship，fishing port water area layout and fishing vessel have their special characteristics.For the points,difficulties and problems in water area layout of a fishing port,giving a summary on transportation,aquaculture industry standards and local standards,the research on water area design requirements is carried out.Research analysis and comparison are done for many waters layout according to numerical results,and the rules between numerical results and water layout are obtained.According to the experience of the scheme,the optimal water layout is determined by combining the factors of wave,tidal current and sediment.
