    摘要:

    针对某厚软土层地基上高桩码头修复问题,对受损检测、结构受力、修复设计与施工工艺进行分析。采用有限元软件、杆件力学计算和传统桩基低应变检测,得出桩基检测范围、破坏时受力特点和破坏原因,采用现浇墩台、粘钢法方案对桩基补强修复。结论是:对于受损码头,通过计算分析结构受力特性,缩小检测范围,传统低应变检测法能很好地解决在役高桩码头桩基损伤检测难题;充分利用已破损的结构进行补强修复,减少投资;采用下钢护筒工艺,将水下粘钢法修复桩基变为水上干施工,可降低施工难度。

    Abstract:

    For the repair and reinforcement of high piled wharf on a thick soft soil foundation,we analyze the damage detection,wharf structure stress,repair design and construction technology.Adopting the finite element software,the mechanical analysis of bars and the traditional method of low strain test for pile foundation,we obtain the detection range of pile foundation,the stress characteristics and the cause of damage.Using the cast-in-place pier and by the sticking steel reinforcement repair scheme,we carry out the reinforcement of the pile foundation.The conclusion is that through the calculation and analysis of structure’s mechanical characteristics of the damaged high pile wharf and narrow the scope of detection,the traditional low strain detection method can well solve the existing problems of the high pile wharf pile damage detection;making full use of the structural damaged reinforcement repair,we can reduce the investment;using the steel tube technology,we can turn the underwater steel repair of pile foundation to the water dry construction and reduce the construction difficulty.
