    以疏浚过程中珊瑚礁碎块在管道内固液两相流的运动规律为背景,通过建立流固耦合数值分析模型,研究珊瑚礁碎块密度、粒径以及浆体浓度对水平管道输送过程中固体颗粒的动力特性。结果表明:珊瑚礁碎块密度与粒径越小、浆体浓度越大,碎块颗粒的临界流速越小;珊瑚礁碎块密度与粒径越大、浆体浓度越小,碎块颗粒需要的临界流速就越大。基于数值计算结果,拟合珊瑚礁碎块临界流速计算公式,并利用数值计算结果对该公式进行验证,其平均误差在15%以内。

    Abstract:

    On the basis of the dredging process of coral reef fragments of the solid-liquid two-phase flow movement in the horizontal pipe,a numerical analysis model of fluid solid coupling about coral reef pipeline transportation is established.The dynamic characteristics of coral reef solid fragments on the horizontal pipeline are analyzed in detail including the coral reef density,particle size and slurry concentration.The results show that the smaller density of coral reef,the smaller particle size and the bigger slurry concentration can cause a smaller particles critical velocity;on the contrary,the bigger coral fragments density,larger particle size and the smaller slurry concentration can lead to a bigger critical velocity of coral reef fragments in the horizontal pipeline.Based on the numerical results,a new formula about the critical velocity of coral reef is proposed,which is verified with the numerical results.It is found that the formula proposed can be used to predict the critical velocity of coral reef in horizontal pipeline with an average error less than 15%.
