The ecological port vision and development principle are put forward based on the development history and practice of the ecological ports at home and abroad.Combining with the traditional port planning concept,we enrich the port planning system by analyzing technical routes of ecological port planning.Taking the planning of Dalian Taiping Bay port for example,we put forward the ecological port’s conceptual plan and establish the synergetic concept of port development and ecological elements,to provide a new way for realizing the ecological port planning.
