Based on the Internet+ concept,from the perspective of the national requirements,public demands,and its own development needs,this paper analyzes the situation and demands faced by maritime informatization,proposes the maritime informatization development goals based on the Internet+ technology during the period of 13th Five-year Development Plan.Seven most valuable suggestions are given in the end.
