The Middle-East EPC projects have the features of high integration of engineering，procurement & construction,strict contract concept,many engineering change orders and complicated engineering submission procedure,which is not only a great challenge to the domestic engineering enterprises but also a good opportunity for capability improvement and rapid internationalization.We briefly state the concept of EPC project,propose that the engineering should play a leading role and create value in EPC projects,discuss in detail the core and management control in all-lifecycle engineering,such as preparation,project bidding,project planning,project engineering,engineering submission and construction coordination,and explain it through a typical project case in the Middle-East,which hopefully would be the reference for future international EPC project engineering.
