During construction of the permanent offshore platform in Jiangsu offshore observation platform project, to counter the extremely harsh weather condition,we carry out an optimization of the conventional construction scheme for the abutment and the observation house,and adopt the construction technology of integral prefabricating on land and installing at sea,by which the construction period of the main part of the project is greatly shortened .The optimized construction technology may serve as reference for similar projects concerning the offshore platform engineering.
