Abstract:The transformation of old port has been a hot topic in urban development.Considering few researches on shoreline re-use,this paper presents a pattern of shoreline re-use covering project objective,principle,mode and function,with six function types and a function position frame included,and applies it to the transformation of Area 14 of Shanghai port,as reference for port redevelopment projects.
