This paper illustrates the concept of inland-waterway corridor,proposes the analyzing method for the demand forecast and capacity of inland-waterway corridor,and gives an example on the northern-Jiangsu section of the Grant Canal corridor，which can be used for reference to the area with inland-waterway network.
