According to the practice of design management under the model of EPC’s contract of Hongshan heat and power plant coal terminal & jetty engineering in Sheshi city, Fujian province, we make an exploration on design management in the construction stage under the model of EPC’s contract from four aspects, including design documents management, design quality management, design alteration management and design site service management. We also point out the matters of attention during design management.
