This article analyzes the informatization situation of the SME shipping companies, introduces the SaaS technology, together with its characteristics of high real-timeness, high-applicability and low-cost, and proposes the“Public Logistics Information Platform”solution based on SaaS technology. The application of SaaS public platform in the logistics information platform ensures the safe and adaptable service and realizes the efficient management of SME shipping companies.
