In recent years, port logistics alliances developed a new type of port logistics organizational forms.Port logistics alliance benefits the community and business, but the community at home and abroad and companies that can achieve greater operational efficiency of the union scheduling optimization for less. This article describes the realization of alliances, organizational structure, design principles, operation scheduling and optimization of Union Status, and gives Port Logistics Alliance operation scheduling optimization model instance. Result of the instance of the operation shows that the scheduling optimization model in this paper of the port logistics alliance is feasible, and in the port logistics alliance scheduling process has a certain practicality.
