    摘要:

    基于双层模式分析了长芯劲性桩的荷载传递机理。预应力管桩同心植入大直径双向水泥土搅拌桩时形成" 水泥土塞", 利用圆孔扩张理论模拟了管桩沉桩对桩侧地基土的扰动,给出水泥土塞完全闭塞前后桩土接触面处径向应力,针对下部芯桩,以桩土接触面处地基土的抗剪强度计算桩侧摩阻力。结合实体工程,分别按该方法和规范公式分段落计算了桩侧摩阻力,并与由实测桩身轴力换算得到的桩侧摩阻力对比分析,得出的公式在淤泥质土中与规范比较吻合,在粉质黏土中相对偏小,受上覆荷载及数据采集方式的影响,实测值明显小于计算值。

    Abstract:

    Based on the bi-level, the load transfer mechanism of stiffened piles with long core pile was analyzed. The“cement-soil plug”was formed when a PHC pipe pile was implanted into bi-direction cement mixing pile in a concentric manner. The theory of cavity expansion was adopted for analyzing the disturbance on the side soil, and the radial stresses of pile-soil contact surface before and after the complete occlusion of cement soil plug were calculated. Considering the shear strength, the calculation equation for side friction was reduced then. On the basis of the engineering, side friction forces were calculated by equations in this paper and the code respectively.Comparing with those calculated based on the code, the forces calculated by the equation proposed in this paper coincided better in mucky soils and lacked in the silty clay. Affected by the load and data acquisition mode, forces measured in-situ were less than the calculated ones.
